@queen windI havent heard of anyone having issues getting in the game because of Wootility or our keyboard. So unless you have more info we cant really help you I think.
see saying "the anticheat might detect something youre running as a cheat" is different from a more accusation like short message
or well like in your case literally accusing them without any information
