I have an 80HE - when plugged in via KVM neither caps lock indicator works. Other typing effects do work (typing speed indicator, touch effects). The caps lock indicator DID work through a USB only switch.

If I plug directly into the computer the caps lock indicator works just fine.

Sounds like a bad KVM that doesn't do proper pass through of the signals.

Sounds like a bad kvm switch since it only happens when you use it, I use one as well and don’t have any issues.

capslock, numlock and scrollock are 3 indicators which arent tracked by the keyboard but the host communicates the state to the keyboard

#

so they arent just rgb effects the keyboard firmware tracks itself like typing speed, touch and what not
