#Wooting 60he+ Ghost Typing

So this is the second wooting keyboard I bought first one works perfect but this one has an issue of ghost typing random keys. I have tried everything to solve this issue:

  • Resetting keyboard
  • Using stock profile
  • Changing back to stock switches (Had Jade switches installed)
  • Used a different cable
    But nothing seems to have worked. I reached out to support last year but haven't gotten a response as to what to do.
    Did anyone else have this issue and if so, how did you fix it?
