Try disabling USB selective suspend setting > Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings
https://i.imgur.com/LN8okrl.png this was my thought also but no, doesn't seem that is the issue
The keyboard is working great, I can make changes in wootility and swap profiles etc, the backlight just doesn't come back on once its gone off for inactivity once
Are you using anything from this list?
Artemis RGB
Asus Armoury Crate
L-Connect3
Open RGB
Project Aurora
Razer software
Signal RGB
Wallpaper Engine
Motiv Mix
Nano Leaf desktop app
I am using Open RGB, idk why I didnt think of checking that
Try without that software, should fix the issue.
