i already restore and reset but the problem are still there. The color difference can be seen clearly if i use spiral rgb. At first it started with Q key then today my U key.

Set those keys to Red, Blue and Green one at a time. If one of those colours aren't showing, then you've got a dead LED.

same problem with me.
But in my case, the U key, Menu key got dead Green color channel. Also, Win key exhibits a different issue with color channel misalignment
