If touching it harder makes it happen it does sound likely to be the JST cable being loose. Is it fine when you don't touch anything?
yea its only due to impact or lets say i bump the desk with my chair it disconnects.. 
i dont see how it would become loose how would it have space to even fall out, i do rememember when i was assembling it that it felt loose but there was no more space to push it inside further, but i didnt have issues until now
The PCB can push on it during use depending on how it was placed, it could have loosened it over the last 1.5 months

Normally shouldn't happen, but I've seen self-assembled 80HEs that can have this issue. Some people use a little bit of tape to hold the connector in place
i dont feel good just thinking of doing that all over again
i was hoping it would be something else
Accessing the JST cable should be fairly easy, don't need to do a full disassembly
From what I remember from the video it's a few keycaps and a few screws
