I don't know what are you using your setup for but I recommend you to change that mouse

if u mean the keypad on the side i use that mainly for helldivers. i can change out the side to either have 2 buttons or 8 instead if i want

not bad but for other games its better to buy diffrent mouse besides that good setup i would change the monitor arms to like manual like that connect two monitors u know what i mean

and maybe remove the middle monitor cuz the right one is big and it looks so unsimetrical

or maybe do double monitor like one on top of another
