shift + 0 does not work typing closed parentheses

hello,
my closed parentheses shortcut does not work. i'm not sure when this happened, i tried unplugging my keyboard and plugging back in multiple times and resetting my pc, it's still not working. i am running wootility v5, my keyboard firmware is up to date i believe, my 0 key DOES work and the key functions well, it's just the shortcut of shift + 0 for closed parentheses does not function. please help 😭 i'm not sure if theres a workaround or a fix that i've seen browsing the support threads so if i can get insight to this issue i'd be very grateful.
