Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!

Or do you mean the hub says it hasn't shipped yet?

it says on the hub that my package has been shipped to me but when i go to track my order it says that wooting hasn't gotten my order yet

Yeah so the courier, that can take a few days before it shows any movement
oh wait im sorry it says here on the hub that it can take around 24-72 hours for the tracking to work

It says in the email and/or hub that it can take up to 72h for the information to show correctly in your tracking link

alr well how long does it usually take for the package to be here if it has been shipped?
the parcel company (GLS in your case) doesnt phsyically have your package yet so theres no delivery data to show for it yet

depends on the company, I will just keep an eye out for the link for the next 72h and it should update in the meantime and give you a better estimate

yeah theres no 100% definite answer as to why, but these 2 options are usually the case

considering the time of this post, Im guessing someone on the warehouse finished packing your order and labeled it etc. so its to the system to GLS, just that the company hasnt picked up the parcel from the warehouse you know
