Hello guys !
Juste got a brand new 80HE, had to put the keys on switch myself which I did but then I noticed while typing that some keys had a "different" feeling and sound when pressing them, I made sure they were correctly put.
Is it a normal behavior ? I upgraded from a mechanical keyboard, I'm not used to high-end KBs yet, thanks !

Mine was the same, some keys sounded hollow, and others nice and clicky. It is a real shame, given how much it cost, But here is what I did, I know it is not optimal, But the 15 screws on the side with the black tape with all the text on it that holds the plate (look up the video on how to disassemble the keyboard on YouTube, it is by Wooting themselves) I took all of them out, don't worry, the case will hold it all in place after. Now the keys more or less sounds even across the board. But I did spent way to much time lubing the switches before I did the screws, as I first thought that was the problem. I did also put one layer of 2mm thick butyl in the bottom of the case, it helps with the sound as well, Just make sure you put the Alu side towards the case! and leave the tape on the butyl towards the plate, if you choose to try that route. But removing the screws should help a lot by itself. I hope you can get it the way you like it. good luck 🙂
