Lower ur brightness, or use higher RT/AP or just use 1k polling
is it a pcb faulty problem or u cant enable tachyon and 8k at the same time? 🥹
oh and i always set rgb to 0%
i dont have any problem
may i know what switch are u using
default Lekker60 V2's
I'm having exactly the same issue.
My first ever experience of a wooting keyboard, the day I receive it and it immediately starts to type phantom keys, and it's constant. It doesn't matter if tachyon is on or off, it doesn't matter how bright the RGB is.
I've tried all of the things you've mentioned in the email -
Changed the usb cable
Changed the usb port
Reset the keyboard
Reinstalled the firmware
Uninstalled wootility and reinstalled it then used the browser version
Reduced brightness of RGB to zero
Replaced the switches that seemed to be effected the most
I've made sure no bright lights on it, no magnets or anything that could disrupt it
I even unplugged some of my other devices to ensure it's not power related..
Nothing helps
I contacted wooting support though haven't heard anything back yet. I'm genuinely staggered at this.
i solved the problem at the moment for it by replacing it to the stock lekker v2s (which has phantom pressess), i used diff type of switches which was owlab ti. i havent experience any phantom presses for 1 hr testing on wooting analog monitor, ill update in 1 day of testing
Also throwing my hat in. I just got a wooting and am seeing these issues (tested on multiple PCs w/ multiple cables - though will admit my cables might be too long, which doesn't rule out the stock cable being defective).
Just received my replacement and am seeing phantom presses again on this one (on a stock cable). It's not as bad though - my last was unusable, and this is only unusable in Tachyon mode. Also still need to test it on another PC, have only tested my PC and laptop so far whereas the last one I was able to test on some of my friends' where it repeated.
I have some owlabs too might be worth swapping them in and replacing the lekkers... Just am worried about it in case I have a hardware defect
this seems like a widespread problem. bit of a joke really considering the price. i still havent heard anything from support either
i just joined this server for this exact problem, i've had my wooting since February and its been working great, but since like 2 weeks it has been registering multiple inputs on one press.
i changed the switches and tested some other stuff but from what i've gathered i think its a software related issue, i can't replicate the problem without rapid trigger and yes i've tried the Debounce Filter setting as well.
maybe its just a combination of tachyon mode with some other stuff, but i dont think the hardware is the problem so you shouldnt have to send your wooting for a replacement or something
try restoring your firmware, im guessing you guys are using the beta features.
heres a video from wooting on how you can do so

If your Wooting keyboard starts acting up, don't worry—it doesn't always mean it's broken. Often, the issue can be resolved by simply restoring your keyboard to its default settings.

nothing helps lol

hope you find the issue
same here, ty anyway!
I've also tried restoring on both of my keyboards, and same results - no help. I hope it's software related but who knows
Hey did you experience any phantom presses with the new switches so far?
