I ran the command from this article (https://help.wooting.io/article/146-error-during-update-or-restore) before flushing the dead registry entries.

Therefore, I have followed the steps in this guide: https://help.wooting.io/article/173-how-to-flush-all-dead-registry-entries to try and resolve the issue.

When I went to Device Manager and selected "Show hidden devices," I could see entries related to WOOTING. However, after I uninstalled the "USB Composite Device," all WOOTING-related entries disappeared from Device Manager. I then continued with the following steps in the guide, but I could not find any matching entries in the registry that fit the criteria mentioned (such as those starting with VID_31E3, VID_03EB&PID_FF0, or VID_03EB&PID_240).

In addition, I have already tried the following troubleshooting methods, but none of them worked:

  1. Using a different PC
  2. Trying a different USB port
  3. Using a different USB-C cable

The latest status of my 60 HE is no response, no matter what i did.
Please help...

Do you hear any sound when connecting the keyboard, either on that PC or the or the other one you tried?

Do other devices work on the USB ports?

Cool trick if you have USB ports acting up into do a full power cycle. Turn pc off, ensure power cable is removed from power supply, press and hold the power on your pc for 30 seconds to dissipate all electrical charge from the system. Plug back in and boot up. See if that helped.
