and from what i see in this section of the discord many people have issues. shame
nothing is perfect
for 300 youd expect to get more than 30 days of use out of it
i would not be even suprised that ur JST cable is not fully in tho

i would hope that a section about receiving support is filled with people having issues....
its kinda weird to extrapolate how well our keyboards work by looking at the place where people will go and complain/voice their issues
support in many ways if you cant understand that then youre the same kinda meathead as the other clown
and im not surprised there are ppl like you who act this way. assuming that i havent gotten a cable plugged in then calling me a nerd because i simply state they are wrong. but really? you pull that conclusion from what i say. maybe instead you should look at wooting itself. simply as if a product is having this many issues then yikes for the pricetag? double yikes
