#80HE Turns Off When Pressing Q Key Too Hard

Hey all!
I’m experiencing a strange issue with my Wooting 80HE and wanted to ask here before taking any bigger steps.

Whenever I press the Q key with a bit more force (which is how I am when gaming), the keyboard completely shuts off and restarts after 3–5 seconds ... almost like the cable was unplugged and plugged back in.

The Q switch + keycap is firmly in place, and I’ve checked it physically ... it doesn’t feel loose. However, I noticed that the JST cable seems to be located directly beneath the Q switch, which makes me wonder if the pressure might be affecting the connection somehow.

I’ve been using the keyboard for about 1.5 months now, and before I go ahead and disassemble it just to re-seat the switch, I wanted to check with the community to see if anyone has experienced something similar or has advice.
