fn key in lower right seems to be not working at all

just today i noticed that my function key seems to have stopped working... i'm thinking it is the board module because i've replaced the switch, tested the switch, and seems like that hall sensor has been borked somehow. the keyboard is up to date as well

i can't restore and reset the device because the bottom right most key is not working at all

Beyond asking that you reach out to customer support? Not really. If the sensor's dead, there's nothing anything can do here to help fix the issue.

i was just making sure i wasn't tripping... i'll be submitting a ticket and hope that i can get the pcb replaced cuz i really do love my wooting.
