I would like to point out that absolutely love your products and a big "fun"
Have like 4x 60HE and 2x 80HE.

but I'm a bit disappointed in Zinc Alloy black case what I did special take care carefully.
just from using it and playing games in hot summer we all sweet like crazy and just removing this from area where you hold your pinky finger while long gaming session with just water and very deliciated cloth did this to it after like 2 months.
I hope for future you can use better quality coating even if they keyboard will be more expensive.

I was gonna order one then I has seen the disclaimer about this ongoing issue on the website. I really appreciate such transparency from a brand tells me they care about their products and customer satisfaction not just profits (which is what 99% of companies do). By observing those pictures, what that tells me that there's no strong bond between the base and the coat. Physical interaction and oils probably just act as a catalyst to an already weak bond and accelerates what would happen after a while. I would look at powder coating methods, there are thing application nowadays. Or else, I think a better idea would be to find a good match of base and plating method that knowingly works for this application (e.g. anodized aluminium). Keep the bare zinc alloy option but use something like brushed anodized aluminium for colored option (I am sucker for brushed aluminium).
