Hello, I literally just got my keyboard in the mail and have been trying to mess with the settings (also first time ever using a wooting), and I keep having these issues with the wootily browser app. I have already did the full reset/restore keyboard using the guide on youtube, and nothing changed.

The actuation visualizer doesn't show anything when pressing any key, and almost every time I try to save any setting at all, the keyboard will repeatedly disconnect and try to reconnect, and freeze the entire browser. in the clip, I am pressing multiple keys, trying to show that nothing is popping up on the visualizer, and you can see the disconnects happening, and I cant move my screen at all, until it minimizes and starts working again. Is there any way to fix this?

I figured it out, apparently wootily does not work with any Lian-Li programs installed on your PC. I uninstalled L-Connect and the wootily works perfectly now. Found a thread about this on reddit thats 2 years old. How is this issue not fixed still?

There’s a lot of issues with these big companies like lian li, corsair, razer, etc. using software that completely messes up something in the system. It’s cannibalistic behavior to get people to completely integrate into their ecosystem. Unfortunately, this is something I don’t think wooting would be able to control since something like L-Connect has pretty much complete control over your pc to the kernel level, but a wooting keyboard is just a HID device.
