For example, when I press 'W', it sometimes triggers 'Esc' or other nearby keys. It's really frustrating.
I have to keep unplugging and plugging the keyboard back in for it to work, but it’s only temporary and the issue comes back. I've tried everything—like uninstalling the drivers, doing a factory reset—but it's still the same. Please help 😦

Do you happen to have an 80HE?
If so, the daughter board may be hitting the main pcb and registering as a keypress. Would recommend opening up the case, pull out the pcb and check connection with the daughterboard and that it’s seated properly.
no, i have the wooting 60he :<
So basically, you're suggesting I test the keyboard with just the PCB and switches, without the case, to see if the daughterboard is pressing against the main PCB?
