Problems with 80he randomly disconnecting and reconnecting like 10 times in a row

Hey guys, I recently got my first wooting 80HE (3 weeks ago) so Im kinda new to the discord... I was wondering if there's something like a support channel or anything where I can seek some help since I have some bigger troubles with the keyboard.

The problem is basically that the keyboard just randomly starts to disconnect and reconnect for like 5-10 times in a short period of time... it feels like even slight movement of the table or keyboard makes the 80HE disconnect... Its not a cable thing since I can move the cable in literally every direction, twist it, move it around etc. without disconnecting the keyboard.

I apologize for the message if this is the wrong channel to ask things like that.

Sounds like the cable to the daughter board is loose

Is there a solution to this problem without dismantling the entire keyboard or removing all the switches?

I don't think you need to remove all the switches but I don't have a 80HE and haven't taken my 2HE apart either. If the cable is loose then it needs to be re-attached, so if that is the cause then no you can't do anything else to fix it

I checked the video and it's only a few keycaps and screws you need to remove

You don't need to do everything in the video, only enough to open the case

Okay, I guess I'll give it a try.
When assembling, I noticed that the cable connection to the daughter board did not really snap into place. No matter how hard I tried to press it in, it could always be pulled out again with a slight tug on the cable. So maybe thats the problem...
