Does anything happen if you replug it? Do you hear the "new device" sound?
It doesn't detect it, and when I removed the switches and keys and moved the cable a little it turned on but turned off again
The computer does not detect the keyboard and to make sure I connected it with another cable and it still did not detect it.
The reason I asked about if you heard the sound is because if it's restore mode then it won't show up in Wootility and you won't be able to type and need to go through this. But if moving the cable helps it sounds like something is loose
I tried to slightly adjust the screw that holds the keyboard and managed to adjust it to an angle where it works. It's the port, since if I apply a little pressure it turns off, and if I release it, it turns back on.
The port most likely is not connected to the PCB consistently, causing disconnections
Best to send a ticket https://wooting.io/support?category=8&issue=47 with the following
Video of trying two USB-C cables, moving these slightly to showcase the port is defective (the two USB-C cables can help rule out the cable)
