I ordered a wooting more than 3 weeks ago and it still hasen't arrived. I also cannot track my order since the tracking number doesn't work. I sent an email more than a week ago asking for news about my order but no response. I would like to have news about my order and to solve the tracking issue if the order is still on its way.

Did you use the support wizard linked above or did you send an email? Tickets created via the support wizard usually gets a response faster since it goes to the right people right away

Does the tracking button on the hub not work either?
it works but when I enter the number to track my order it doesn't work and it asks me to check if the code is correct
When did you get the tracking number? It could take up to 72h to appear in the system of the courier.
Anyways, only wooting knows when it comes to orders so best is to wait for their support answer.
I got it the third of June
and it worked well for around 3 days but then it stopped working
