#Replacement PCB - Confused (RESOLVED)

I went through support after my Wooting 60HE randomly died. I followed all of the steps they asked me to, took it apart, and sent a picture of the PCB, which eventually led to them sending a replacement. In the emails, they asked me if I had modded the keyboard, which I explained I didn't know how to do and had no desire to; it just randomly stopped working.

What do I do with this? I was under the impression I was going to receive a new PCB with the components for the keycaps in it, and now I'm confused.

Do I need to solder? I probably sound like an idiot, but I bought this keyboard to game, not to mod. I'm clueless about this stuff; it's probably simple. I looked online but couldn't find a solution, just a video about a module for people who customize their keyboards, which I don't.

You essentially have to screw the old module apart, and swap the switch plate with all the switches and keycaps already installed with the new one. That's the minimum amount of work you can do.
