not sure how long this typically takes, but still not working

followed the factory reset steps, i got a green check mark for initializing update and i try to click give permission but there is no device

I am able to join a call and share if its easier

You unplugged, you held down the keys, you plugged it back in while still holding them in, the LED lit up as shown on the restore guide?
