Received my keyboard today and tried plugging it in and it would work for about 1 minute and then shutoff/disconnect and then reconnect randomly after 10-60 seconds. tried using different cable, tried without the adapter, tried different usb ports, tried using usb-c only port, tried reseting the keyboard and tried unplugging and waiting and replugging in the keyboard. most recently it disconnected and then i could not get it to connect with any of the cables I have. Was excited to get this keyboard but am super bummed out now. I do not have razer chroma or razer drivers on my PC but I do have logitech G hub for my superlight 2 and G pro headset.
Is there something that I can do or is it just damaged from shipping? I noticed that the package was a little damaged on the bottom and the tan tape that loooks like the factory seal on the package was broken and that the package was re-taped closed with clear tape. scuff marks on the bottom of the box and it looks like the tape at the bottom of the box was even broken open from however they tossed the package. Should I try opening the keyboard or just wait until support gets back to me in 7-10 business days? anyone have some tips or advice?

Could possibly be the daughter board cable being loose, does shaking the keyboard a little bit affect the disconnect/reconnect?
I did not try that I will tomorrow morning I packed it up for the night I did not want to look at it anymore I was excited to get it and then had it not work. It seems that when i plug in the keyboard, the cable is loose or wiggles where the usb-c is plugged into the keyboard. i feel like it should be solid or sturdy there but even a very light bit of pressure or force will cause it to jiggle or wiggle, so something I think on the inside of the keyboard is loose i am thinking. Like I said I think it was dropped or thrown around during shipping and so something was messed up in regards to that
Does anyone know if I open up the keyboard like unscrew all the screws and try to fix it if that will void any of the warranty or what?
Sometimes, you may need to fully disassemble your keyboard, whether it's to swap out stabilizers or replace components due to a defect. In this video, we'll guide you through the process.

It doesn't void your warranty unless you break something, but for that you need to use brute force
It won't as long as you do it correctly
You don't need to disassemble it completely to check the JST cable, you just remove the case and check it's properly plugged in
Do you know if I will be able to even fix anything that woul;d be broken with it not connecting? Damaged box from shipping, keyboard at first connected and would randomly disconnect and re-connect and then I tried different cables and factory reset everything i could find or think to try and eventually it just would not even re-connect or connect at all, even if wiggle the cable and stuff.
just saw this while i was typing that, so I just should check to make sure the connection is good to the USB-C input and the board is good
If it's just the JST cable being loose then it's solved by just reseating it
ok, and after that if problem still is there then just wait and do a exchange/return?
It's not too uncommon that it comes loose during shipping
this connector, yes
ok thank you I will have to find or go to the store and get a small philips screwdriver
Then you talk to the official support and figure out where to go next
ok it seems it was loose when i took off the case the board basically came apart like the cable wasnt seated well, when i use my nail to push the JST cable into the board, will it click or i just want good contact and it wont clikc into it
going to try to plug it all back in and see if it fixed it
