I just got a wooting keyboard and for some reason onlt some of the RGB are lighting up, space bar and the keys to the right of it and shift, enter and backspace are lighting up but none of the other ones are turing on. Is there anything that can fix it or am I doing something wrong?

I did a factory reset and I still cant get any lights out of it.
