CAPS lock key LED bug

I recently updated my wooting 60HE keyboard and ever since I did the caps lock led indicating wether the key was enabled or not keeps resetting when I press the FN key. So for example I enable the caps lock and the led turns red but when I press the FN key the caps lock led light turns to default color even if the key is enabled. Is there a setting I forgot to apply? or a way I can fix that?
