#Pairing works but H60+ initialization in wootility not progressing

Hi,

After allowing the browser to connect the device is marked as paired ✅
But wootility then after is not progressing to the next step ❌

No error message.

Tested on:

  • Chrome, Brave
  • Windows 11 and Ubuntu 25.04

It has been working on both OS and Chrome before, so I assume it is not a hardware issue (hopefully).

Wooting 60HE+ ISO, wired connection. Typing works.

Yes I did the obvious reconnects and reboots. I also tried to set it to restore mode, which works and the restore device is visible, but then it does not show at all when trying to pair with wootility, so I cannot even start the connection process.

Appreciate guidance. Thanks!

Is there any chance I can get a reaction? On github there is also radio silence (and btw. your ticket-auto-assignment bot reports issues there). Looking to all the unanswered asks for help here makes me a bit worried, tbh...

Yes I have read the post above. There is no mention of what you said. I was hoping to get an answer either from official support or community. I haven`t purchased it through wooting store, but got an answer from the store I bopught it from. They (rightfully) referred me to the manufacturer (you).

Agree to disagree on that I suppose. But the message stands. If you need customer support from Wooting, you will need to reach out via the website support system. Not here, nor Github 🙂

Then I recommend to state that clearly here and on github, and maybe even close github issues if there are no issues supposed to be reported. Someone from Wooting reacted on github, btw. Will take it from there.
