Hello, hoping someone here can help me out!
My Wooting order shipped to Canada with UPS (Express Saver), but it’s now on hold at customs.
UPS says the shipment is missing the Importer POA and that Wooting (the sender) needs to provide the necessary documents to clear it.
I haven’t received any customs forms myself, and I called UPS but they told me I can’t clear it and it needs to come from Wooting(the Shipper).
I’ve emailed support, but wanted to check here in case others have had this issue or can anyone help me out. I’m super worried it might get returned if not resolved soon.
