I’ve been trying to contact there customer service team about my Wooting 80he. It says it has been delivered but it never got delivered. I’ve been trying to contact there customer support and all they say is they will contact me in 5 DAYS! I waited 7 days still no response sent another ticket waited another 5 days still no response. It’s honestly sad I spent $250+ on a keyboard and it feels like they just don’t give a fuk

If you sent a request 7 calendar days ago, it's been 4 working days (Monday was a public holiday) so they are still in the time frame.
