Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!

All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
Create an account on the hub (links above), hold the order, wait for support to get back to you. Or cancel the order and place it again but as intended.
so about the cancellation i can cancel but the money would come back in a week so it will take too long .
i did email you guys as soon as i ordered about that but it said u might answer in 5-7 days so i thought it would take too long and the order would of already shipped and i cant change
So again - You either hold the order on the hub and wait for support to get back to you. Or you cancel it.
