Hello,
I'em encountering an issue with the keyboard detection on windows 11, the device is detected as "Unknown" even if the firmware is updated using the procedure described on your website and the PC is rebooted. Please send me a direct link to download the drivers for the keyboard in order to install these on my Windows computer system

Screenshot of the entire Wootility window, please 🙂
seems like its detected fine?
That's the curious thing. They say it isn't detected in WINDOWS correctly as a device.
Which to me seems impossible? If anything it could only be the other way around.
But when i push on a touche of the keyboard wootility dont detect it but when i go in rgb on my keyboard the rgb change on my keyboard so idk i think its the drivers
so what did i do?*
Let's summarize
You can type on the keyboard normally?
It shows up in Wootility as being connected? (Top left corner of the Wootility UI)
It shows up in Windows as an unknown device? (You're sure that's not a different device, and the Wooting keyboard is hiding under HID devices?)
If you try to make changes in Wootility, the board disconnects in Wootility?
yes but like i got it like 1 week ago and when i plugged in like the keyboard is undetected by the pc and i think i missed the drivers of the keyboard but when i go in bootloader mode or unistall and reinstall the app its change nothing
There are no drivers. If it isn't appearing as a normal keyboard in devices, it needs a reset in Wootility.
I do it but it does nothing
was that yes for all questions mansen posted in the message?
Ok i rep 1 yes in irl no on the pc
