I’ m encountering an issue with the keyboard detection on windows 11, the device is detected as "Unknown" even if the firmware is updated using the procedure described on your website and the PC is rebooted. Please send me a direct link to download the drivers for the keyboard in order to install these on my Windows computer system. My order is : XXXXX,
