wooting not working

so i recently got my wooting80he and it has a few problems with it. first whenever i restart my pc or boot it up the keyboard doesnt turn on until i unplug and plug it back in, idk if thats a software issue or whatever. next sometimes it just acts as if alt is being held down and this happens randomly. third sometimes whenever i press o it spams it and itll type out like 20 os with one key press. all of this can be fixed by unplugging and plugging back in but i wanna know if theyre is any fixes. i already ordered a new one but if i can fix it illjust keep both.

are you using the stock cable that comes with the keyboard? have you tried other usb ports? does it happen if you disable tachyon mode?

I am using the stock cable, I’ll try a diff usb port today and yes it happens tachyon mode disabled
