My 80HE works normally i can use it to play games and type and what not. but when i go into wootility to make changes to the keyboard it wont stay connected and i get error msg. sometimes i can get it to connect make a change then it will just disconnect for some reason

Hello! Sorry to hear youre having issues.
Do you use the cable that came with the kb?
Do you have any other programs running that could interfere with the kb? (rgb stuff for example)
