60HE+ USB Device not recognized

60HE+ not recognized by pc plugging in it shows "USB Device not recognized" error.

Tried the following:

1. using a different cord, wooting is still not recognized
2. using the wooting cord with a different keyboard, this is working so the wooting cord is okay
3. using wooting keyboard with a different device (other pc), wooting kb is still not recognized
4. Tried reset kb in wootility but the button is disabled
5. Tried troubleshooting in wootility by pressing backspace and fn but the keyboard is still not recognized
6. Updated all drivers, still not working

chance that the USB-C port may be damaged or not attached to the PCB from all the troubleshooting prefromed

can you take the keyboard apart and take a close up picture of the USB-C port area and if possible one from the port incase there is anything inside (this may be hard to capture)

no it wont

warranty only voids for a specific part if u personally damage that one part

okay thank you, I just opened it for the first time and did not solder/mod anything. the keyboard is almost a year old from purchase

i mean you got 4years of warranty (leds only 2 years) so you can always reach out for warranty support via the support wizard the first bot reply mentioned in this thread
