I have tried clearing all browser cache/cookies, resetting the browser, uninstalling wooting entries from device manager. I can't restore wooting either as it needs permission. I have tried 3 browsers, Chrome, Edge and Cent browser. I also tried the Wooting v5 app which cannot detect the device. I can use the keyboard I just can't access Wootility. It started when I removed the device from beta.wootility.io but it was already showing offline for some reason. It appears like some issue with giving permissions to access the device but I've never had this before.

so the keyboard itself works and it seems to restore fine as well being able to flash the firmware.
do you have any RGB apps running?
like signalrgb, openrgb, project aurora, artemisrgb or such
also you might want to remove the link as it may lead to data leakage you dont intend. this is public after all
No RGB apps, the firmware flashes but I can't allow access to the device on any browser.
do you have a second pc/laptop to check if it happens there as well indicating if its a keyboard or pc issue?
unfortunately not, the issue is the connection between the PC and the keyboard as both work independently. I believe the issue was caused by removing the device from the wooting settings page. I was removing the device from beta.wootility.io so I could add it into the regular wootility.io so I could run standard firmware. Now I can't "allow" the device so there must be some procedure to reset this.
that shouldnt be a problem in itself to remove a device from your device list in any wootility
and while both may work independently it would be nice to exclude one device from causing the communication issue
if the keyboard works on another device it would point to something (be that hardware or just some small software issue) being wrong on the pc side. if the keyboard doesnt work on another device either wed know smth about the keyboard is wrong. it would be quite unlikely for 2 pcs/laptops to have the same circumstances leading to issues with the keyboard and it not being caused by the keyboard.
maybe @dry lava has an idea on how to troubleshoot this without a second pc/laptop available
can you open "device manager"
select "View"
select "Device by container"
Find "wooting 60HE" and expand the device tree
Take a screenshot of what is visible
Wish to check if the driver used for the keyboard to communicate with Wootility is listed or if any drivers have an error
