#Sticky and weird feeling on keys with stabilizers

I am of course talking about space, right-shift, backspace and enter.
It is mostly space and right-shift that are affected.

I cannot take it anymore hence why I am asking for help.
I have had it since the beginning of March where I bought the keyboard and mods.

If applying a bit more pressure, which I feel most us of do sometimes, especially in gaming sessions, the keys gets stuck at the bottom for a tiny second. Enough to notice and feel as a response when it comes to the keys are so sensitive.
The space is probably the most annoying out of them all, then right-shift and it rarely happens on enter and backspace.

The keyboard consists of:

  • Module version
  • Keycaps: SW Foundation
  • Stabilizers: TX AP Screw-In Long Pole Stabilizers (Rev. 4) (White / Base / 1.6mm)
  • Switches: Geon Raw HE
  • Tape on board.
  • I used EM-50L from Wooting for the stabilizer poles.
  • I used 205G0 from Wooting to the stabilizer housing.

I have no idea if these mods are compatible with each other and it is the result of the keycaps.
The items were bought because they improve the sound and feel.

I have tried removing and adding grease to the stabilizers. I also tried applying a bit of 205G0 in the housing of the stabilizers.
Maybe I should see if I can find the wooting stabilizers, however, when I researched, I discovered they were not compatible with Geon RAW HE.

I hope someone can come with suggestions to what I can try next to fix it. Thanks!

Hey! Take off the white pads below the stabilizers. Some lube probably went in there making it 'stick'. Taking off the pads has no impact on the keyboard 🙂
