So, I've been having a problem for some time now, and recently it has been getting worse. I contacted support, but it's been a week since they last replied, despite my follow-up messages.
The issue is that some keys either don’t work or stay pressed. I have videos that show the problem so you can better understand. I've reset my PC completely three times, reinstalled the keyboard drivers several times, changed the cables — nothing has worked.
I’ve already followed the support team's instructions, including using the analog monitor tool, and they told me everything seemed normal.
