OW60 Order on hold

Hey guys, is it normal for my order to be on hold for this long?

I ordered on the 17th, and reached out to support last week, but all they said was that all of the orders were going to be sent out at the end of last week.

Worst case they'll tell you it's already being handled, best case they can help fix it asap.
