Hi, I was updating my keyboard but accidentally closed my browser in the middle of the update.
now, the keyboard no longer works, has the E and R key glowing red.
When I attempt to put it in reset mode (top right and bottom right), they glow blue while the E and R key still glow red.
In my Windows Drivers, it says "Wooting Restore".
However, Wootibility software, both desktop and website, do not detect the keyboard.
What can I do to fix this?
