Unfortunately I am in need of assistance:
My keyboard stopped working and I can't figure out why.
It suddenly disconnected mid game and wouldn't react so I changed the USB cable and then it worked again for the rest of the day. Obviously I concluded the cable had been damaged so I didn't give it further thought.
However, since that day it hasn't worked at all. After trying multiple cables and computers, reading all kinds of troubleshooting guides and breaking my head, it simply won't turn on.
Out of options I have come here to consult the smartest people I could think of. Is there a known issue with the keyboard? Who can I contact for help?
