if your keyboard is ANSI layout you cant just plop ISO keycaps on it

What did you order exactly?

Cause if you bought an ISO (European) model, you wouldn't have ANY keycaps.

So you'd order the ones you need, not ship anything back.

Right. Yeah no amount of buying keycaps will fix that. US and European are two different physical layouts.
