Currently experiencing the same issue. Was getting intermittent power cuts earlier and now keyboard is not recognized at all, also unable to reset via wootility as it does not find the device.

Check your cables and ubs ports. Also please send support a message through the support wizard ^
if the cable / port shows no change high chance that the internal JST cable has come loose causing the keyboard to loose connection to the PC causing issues
you can watch this guide on how to open the keyboard and push in both ends of the JST cable incase there is an easy fix
