I first reset the firmware via troubleshoot successfully after experience a sudden disconnect, then played a game for a while. Upon switching to another profile via shortcut key, the keyboard spazzed out pressing random buttons, sometimes stopping and inputting different keys than to the one I pressed, all happening sporadically.
After, I tried troubleshooting again only to be stuck on the “Waiting for device to be connected” step. The restore briefly disconnects before connecting only playing the windows disconnect sound.

I promptly deleted all rooting devices in device manager as well as associated key registries, then restarted my pc. Upon rebooting I repeated the troubleshoot only to be met with the same problem. No error code shows up simply stuck on waiting for permission.

OS: Windows 10
Tested with different cables and different usb ports, have yet to downgrade wootility version and attempt on a different pc.

Any help will be appreciated.

So it doesn't work normally but also doesn't show up when doing these steps? If I understood it correctly

Going by the title of the thread I thought it might be the D29 problem, but if it's stuck in restore mode it should show up when going through the troubleshooting shown in my message above

Most cases of it I've seen get stuck on the last step of the restore process where it's supposed to restart into normal mode, fails with the error code DeviceReconnect

It’s like that I think not too sure but it gets stuck on the permission box and since no device to grant permission to no error code

Issue resolved.
