other keys doesnt register while pressing any "ALT" key.

Hi. I noticed this problem primaly while playing VALORANT. I use the alt key to "shift" (move silently). WASD movement seems to work while pressing alt, but for example the "R" key, that I use for recharging mags, doesnt work/register until I stop pressing ALT.

This persist out of the game, with or without Tachyon mode activated, but tbh it isnt a big problem out of the game. I tried changing language in the windows keyboard and disabling special or filter keys. Any idea of what could be happening?
