Hello so a few days ago, my keyboard arrived and it was working perfectly fine for a day and a half I would say and then I would just completely stop working today and I can’t even put it in troubleshoot or even factory reset the thing and I don’t know what’s the issue I’ve tried changing cables. I’ve tried everything. It’s just nonresponsive. Is there anything I can do?
