Key stroke going up and down rapidly when holding key in place

So I got the keyboard like 3 years ago and have always had the issue where it’ll rapidly reactivate any key as long as it’s pressed (doesn’t matter if i am lightly touching the key or pressing it in half way). So using rapid trigger is basically impossible and don’t get me started with typing because I’ll try and type a word and it’ll have 20 of any letter. It’s been annoying but playing games have been fine up until going to the new wooting software/ 60HE firmware has made it even worse. I tried changing the switches to some new switch (jade pro) to see if that helps but unfortunately it still does it the same amount. I’ve even died in some games because I’ll go to press a key once and it’ll do it multiple times. For example I can press and hold F which is my ping button in apex and it’ll look like I have it bound to scroll wheel haha
