#Update firmware Unknown error

Hello,

I try to update my wooting 60he+ to the latest firmware my keyboard is not working anymore, so i decide to try the recovery mode but had an error (see screenshot)
the cable seem to work perfectly fine, the only "fix issue" i found was to plug my charger phone and retry to do the update and then it work but i'm not able to change anything in the wootility app and when i try to plug my old cable it seem to be working but i'm still not able to change any settings in the app (like it say OK it's save but i don't see any change on my keyboard).
