Except that I live in France, so ISO keycaps would have been more suitable. I sent an email to support explaining my situation, and I received an automated email asking me to put my order on hold, but I don’t have that option at all
I know that for any support-related questions, I shouldn’t make a post, but even though I’ve sent two emails explaining my situation, I keep getting the same response telling me to put my order on hold. I can’t find this option. Has my order already been shipped? I see two different answers in this screenshot.
