hi guys, i was checking updates on my wootility and it downloaded beta to flash firmware. the flash failed and hard to restart to reflash. the steps told to hold pause and right arrow till blue and replug. however its stuck here with E and R button light up red and it wont be able to be detected anymore. can anyone helps on this?

checked the restoration step on the web, however this menu is now gone and i cant reinitialize anymore
